Joy Activation Assessment

To activate more joy, connection, and freedom in our lives, we must first discover alignment in various areas of our life, work, and relationships.

Similar to our bodies, if we are experiencing misalignment, we may feel some type of pain.  This pain can be in the form of stress, exhaustion, apathy, resentment, hopelessness, conflict, disengagement, illness, guilt, burnout, overwhelm, loss of confidence, and much more.   If you are feeling any of these things, chances are that there are areas in your life where you may not be in alignment…but which ones?

Let’s find out by taking this assessment.
